  We encourage families to review their children’s immunization history with their healthcare providers, so that they may be up-to-date for the start of the school year.  

  Tdap booster: One dose (required at age 11 or older when entering grades 6 to 12 and in compliance until age 11)

• Family Income Inquiry Form

  Please complete a Family Income Inquiry Form online at myschoolapps.com which is quicker, easier, and more accurate than filling out a paper form. Online forms are submitted using your child's 9-digit ID number. This form is important so funding for your child's school is properly calculated.

  • See your students grades, test scores and more in My Student
  • Take classes in Parent University
  • Report bullying
  • Access forms for your child
